Sunday Turmeric Latte

Known as Golden Milk and so beneficial for its anti inflammatory properties in the turmeric which is great for boosting your immune system and also has antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Manganese, Vitamin B, Iron and Zinc also help support your metabolism, this recipe is just like a warm hug, enjoy! x 1.5 cups oat/soy/or almond - milk of your choice 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder 1/2 tsp of ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp vanilla bean or paste or pure natural essence 1 tbls rice malt syrup/ honey - syrup of your choice Heat milk in a pot on the stove until warm  add your spices, vanilla and syrup and whisk until combined serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top and enjoy.
