HOW TO USE Aromatherapy Rollers
 
Apply lightly to pulse points, chest, back of the neck or bottom of the feet at times of need
Recommended for age 12+
Initally the roller may feel firm to use, we recommend rolling the ball on your palm or thumb to loosen the ball and allow the oil to dispense freely.
 
Avoid direct sunlight or UV rays for at least 12 hours following the use of these oils on the skin // Not designed as a perfume // For short term use //  Over exposure to essential oils can lead to sensitisation and skin damage // Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs // Seek health care advice for use with health conditions, pregnancy, nursing and children
