HOW TO USE Essential oils
 
Bathing - mix 3 - 5 drops essential oil with 1/2 teaspoon of dispersant or use Aromatherapy Bath Sea Salts. 
Diffusing -  3 - 6 drops into diffuser water and diffuse into your room space.
Inhalation -  1 - 2 drops of essential oils in a bowl of warm water, breathe deeply and inhale vapours.
Massage -  10ml carrier oil combined with 3 - 5 drops essential oils.
Compress -  mix 3 - 6 drops essential oil with 1/2 teaspoon of dispersant added to water then soaking a cloth,
wring and cover affected area avoiding eyes.

Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs// Avoid direct sunlight or UV rays for at least 12 hours following the use of these oils on the skin// Over exposure to essential oils can lead to sensitisation and skin damage//
